Data Center Impact does not guarantee property value changes, environmental outcomes, noise levels, future development activity, permitting outcomes, market behavior, or any other result. Report findings are directional and based on available inputs, public information, geocoding, distance estimates, and AI-assisted organization of relevant considerations.

3. User-Provided Information

4. Texas Pilot and Coverage Limits

Data Center Impact is currently focused on Texas locations during its initial launch and pilot phase. Reports outside intended coverage areas may be limited or unavailable.

5. Payments, Access Codes, and Report Use

Purchases may provide access to one or more reports depending on the selected plan. Access codes are intended for the purchaser or approved pilot participant and may be limited by use count, expiration, or other controls.

Data Center Impact may rely on third-party services for payments, maps, geocoding, hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted report generation. Temporary issues with third-party services may affect availability, maps, address completion, or report generation.

8. Limitation of Liability
